2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety considerations, we generally cannot accept change-of-mind returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products that have been partially consumed
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products returned after the 30-day return window

3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and reason for the return
  • Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions
  • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

3.2 Shipping the Return

After receiving your Return Authorization Number:

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible
  • Include your RAN number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship the package to the return address provided by our team
  • Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged, defective, or not as described), you are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

4.2 Refund Amount

Approved refunds will include:

  • The full purchase price of the returned product(s)
  • Original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error)

Refunds will not include:

  • Original shipping costs (for change-of-mind returns)
  • Return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

5. Damaged, Defective, or Not-As-Described Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your claim:

  • Email us at supportcenter@quimnarrskyx.world with your order number
  • Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Describe the issue in detail

For verified damaged, defective, or not-as-described products, we will:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
  • Cover return shipping costs if applicable

6. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

7. Order Cancellation

7.1 Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at supportcenter@quimnarrskyx.world. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

7.2 After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You will need to wait to receive the order and then follow our standard return process if you still wish to return the products.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

9. Partial Refunds

In some circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for:

  • Products returned outside the 30-day window but within 60 days
  • Products with minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself
  • Other circumstances as determined by our customer service team

10. International Orders

For international orders, please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • We are not responsible for any customs duties or fees incurred during the return process
  • Processing times may be longer for international returns

11. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

This Refund Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the ACL.

  • For approved ACL claims, we will provide the remedy within a reasonable time
  • If return shipping is required for an ACL claim, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs
  • We may request evidence of the issue (for example, photos and order details) to assess your claim
